TapHere is looking for a self-starting, team-oriented Sr. Software Engineer, Data Analytics to join our dynamic team in supporting space domain mission applications. The selected candidate / Thread Data Manager, will provide representative test data, including golden datasets, boundary cases, and operationally realistic input streams, for every iteration of automated and manual testing throughout the program

Experience Required:

• Develop, validate, and maintain simulators, stimulators, and emulators that stand in for unavailable or evolving subsystems;
• Ensure all simulated behaviors remain consistent with evolving ICDs
• Manage configuration control of data and simulation artifacts. Continuous data provisioning is required to support repeatable regression runs and automated test execution in CI/CD
• Address classification, sanitization, handling, and secure transfer requirements for sensitive data, which increases workload and requires specialized continuous attention
• Research, design, and development of software systems, in conjunction with hardware product development
• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, integration, and test of software products
• Apply computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis concepts and principles in the development of software for the target application
• Work closely with cross functional members of the engineering organization to develop and evaluate interfaces between hardware and software, and operational performance requirements and design of the overall system
• Contribute to determining, estimating, and validating the cost and scope of software efforts to ensure software performed meets program cost, schedule, and technical constraints

Experience Required:
• Active TS SCI
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience or graduate degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Skills Required:

• In-depth knowledge of Agentic AI technologies
• Capable of managing large, complex project initiatives with minimal oversight or direction
• Strong communication skills
• Shows initiative to provide significant improvements in processes, systems, or products and implement operational plans that have measurable impact on business or functional results.
• Proficient with development of software test procedures, software programs, and related documentation
