TapHere! Technology, LLC (TapHere) is a small, innovative technology company based in the DMV (Manassas VA), with additional operating locations in Colorado and Tampa FL. We are excited about where we are going and are looking for a few good people who want to make the journey with us.
We’re looking for a Computer-Based Training Developer working in a collaborative Agile environment with experience developing technical training for software, systems, or operational users. While the primary focus is CBT development, the selected candidate will also support instructional design activities, quality assurance efforts, and learning management system (LMS) validation as needed.
• Develop interactive CBT modules using Adobe Captivate and other eLearning development tools
• Build engaging learner experiences from approved storyboards, source documentation, and SME input
• Create software simulations, guided walkthroughs, knowledge checks, assessments, and scenario-based learning activities
• Integrate audio, video, graphics, animations, and interactive elements into training products
• Package and validate training content for LMS delivery using SCORM and xAPI standards
• Support course testing, troubleshooting, and LMS deployment activities
• Assist with Section 508 accessibility and usability compliance efforts
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, demonstrations, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, QA personnel, and program leadership
• Support storyboard reviews and provide recommendations to improve learner engagement and usability
• Assist with quality assurance reviews, defect resolution, and content validation activities

| Experience Required: |
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Graphic Design, Communications, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of experience developing CBT/eLearning products
• Experience with Adobe Captivate
• Experience developing SCORM-compliant training content
• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience creating interactive technical or software-based training
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• U.S. Citizenship
