TapHere is currently seeking a MS Power Platform Developer. The position will be working in the Launch and Test Range Systems (LTRS) Program Office. This role directly supports the LTRS Program Office Chief Engineer.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and configuring Power Apps, automating business processes with Power Automate, and analyzing data with Power BI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform development and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to complex problems.

• Design, develop, and implement custom Power Apps to meet the specific needs of the USSF LTRS program office chief engineer
• Automate business processes using Power Automate to increase efficiency and streamline workflows
• Analyze data using Power BI to provide insights and inform decision-making
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates to the Microsoft Power Platform
• Provide training and support to users on the Microsoft Power Platform
• Ensure the security and integrity of data and applications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development
• Strong understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Experience with data analysis and visualization
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
