TapHere! is looking for a self-starting, entrepreneurial, team-oriented certified Scrum Master / Project Lead to join a dynamic team of engineers working in collaboration with a Government Customer in support of the System Integration Lab Service Teams to redefine space operations and decision-making at a National level through the implementation of Agile and DevSecOps best practices. The successful candidate will work well under pressure and have the ability to work within aggressive timelines on capabilities and technologies with a wide range of maturity levels. Primary duties include critical contributions to: technical planning, systems integration, documentation, DevSecOps, verification and validation, cost and risk estimation, evaluation of system supportability and effectiveness.

The Scrum Master /Project lead will perform, assess and guide scrum masters on the following items:
• Agile and DevSecOps practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to the customers and Mission Partners;
• Collect and provide data to determine efficiencies of how scrum masters work with their scrum teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational project or product teams;
• Resolve team impediments with other scrum masters to increase the effectiveness of the application of scrum in the program;
• Facilitate and support all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

This position requires an active Secret or higher clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI

Compensation package includes base salary and benefits. Base salary depends on requirements for education/degree, skills, and professional experience. Annualized base salary range for this position is: $130K - $155K

Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Computer Science, or related discipline and 10+ years of experience; or
• Master’s in Systems Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Computer Science, or related discipline and 8+ years of experience.
• Certified Agile Scrum Master
• Mature level of knowledge using Agile methodologies, including SAFe

Skills Required:

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to work with engineers in developing and presenting technical information.
• Provide team leadership, influence, and vision.
• Experience with continuous integration, build management, and automated test framework.
• Experience with AWS EC2 or similar cloud services platform.
• Experience merging Agile with traditional DoD/USAF documentation, reporting, and requirements management.
