TapHere! Technology is seeking a Software Quality Assurance / Test Engineer to join our team!
MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE TOP SECRET SCI SECURITY CLEARANCE

Be a part of a larger team that maintains and supports mission critical production applications for the Navy. As a test engineer, work with a number of Agile scrum software development teams developing mission applications running on Windows and Linux infrastructures, on prem and in the cloud. Responsible for developing and executing test cases, test procedures and validating mission application requirements, integrity and availability in the development, integration/test, and operational use environments. You will submit discrepancy reports when uncovering software failures and/or requirements have not been met and provide detailed feedback on findings to inform the development team(s) of the exact nature of each discrepancy.

BS degree in engineering, computer science or related technical field.
3+ years application testing experience; working knowledge of dynamic web-based environments plus Windows and Linux operating systems.
2+ years working in an Agile environment
At least one year of experience working on DoD networks and mission applications.
Excellent communication / customer service skills.
TS / SCI Clearance REQUIRED!

Demonstrated skills and abilities:
• Write and maintain technical documents including user stories, test scenarios, and test cases;
• Use a tracking tool for user stories or deficiencies.
• Adjust to changing priorities, setting goals and determining strategies for accomplishing results;
• Use and administer configuration management systems;
• Work with agile development teams;
• Working knowledge of analytic process of writing articles and then collaborating and disseminating these articles throughout a community of highly educated users.
• Familiarity with testing Windows, Linux, and web-based systems.
• DESIRED: Knowledge/experience with at least one automated test tool.

TS / SCI Clearance REQUIRED!
