We are currently seeking a Procurement Analyst, Journeyman to support the Air Combat Electronics for Program/Project Management Technical Support Services. Daily activities include analysis of requirements, status reviews, budgeting, and scheduling of procurement packages. MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
Major Duties: Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules Develops and manages spend plans for various appropriations, statements of work, CDRLs Create Spend Plan Identification (SPID) in the Common Spend Plan Tool (CSPT) Develops procurement packages for non-NAVAIR contracts to include processing funding documents and MIPRs MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE
• BA/BS degree with 3 to 10 years of experience. A Journeyman level person typically performs all functional duties independently.
