Experience Required: |
• Responsible for servicing current and future customer staffing requirements across the DoD, Executive branches of the US Government, and commercial customers.
• Assists in identification, sourcing, and recruitment of candidates for all TapHere business units including the Intelligence and Information Technology communities. Represent TapHere at recruiting and outreach events.
• Responsible for marketing, and tracking of TapHere! Technology products and capabilities, while cultivating and building strategic relationships with current and new companies in new market areas, with emphasis on using social media and web-based technologies.
• Research & compile contact lists of qualified companies in new market areas
• Planning and coordination of TapHere participation in DoD and Executive branch marketing events such as Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA) and National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) conferences and conventions.
• Coordinate meetings with government agencies and potential contract teammates to discuss partnership opportunities.
• Actively recruit new teammates in key global markets through online recruitment, on-site events or familiarization tours, and active outreach.
• Develop and deliver regular communication updates via social media, newsletters, and other materials that engage the customer and partner networks.
• Prospect for and track new business leads.
• Experience in dealing with international clientele
• Highly proficient with MS Office, web-based tools, social media, and database creation/management
• Experience with budgets and expense oversight
• Ability to create and execute marketing plans

Skills Required: |
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related area, or equivalency (2 years related work experience may be substituted for 1 year of education). One year of related experience with recruiting & marketing for Federal Government contractors. Demonstrated human relations & effective communication skills required
